At Roomify Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email info@roomifyhome.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return was due to our error).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will confirm and arrange a replacement or refund.
